This #Autism Dad has put himself in timeout

The boys are occupied with destroying the world in the game Plague. Gavins had his infusion and is just sorta taking it easy for now. I'm going to capitalize on this relative moment of peace and tranquility to put myself in timeout for a bit.

I'm spent and need to regroup in order to locate my second wind.

I can still hear everything and that's going on but by putting myself in timeout, I'm giving myself a desperately needed break.

Not everyone is able to do that and so I'm very much aware that I'm lucky to be able to do this.

Hopefully, this will be a turning point in the day and things will calm down.... ☺
