The boys see their Mom today and will spend the night.  This will be the 3rd time that they’ve been there since I agreed to adjust the schedule. 

So far, everything seems to be going pretty well. 

I’m not hearing anything significantly unpleasant from the boys and that’s really awesome.  I want this to be a positive experience for them but my job is also to ensure their best interests at the same time.

For now, things are going okay and any further changes, should they ever occur, will be done via baby steps… 

It’s all about balance and that’s very often easier said than done.  It’s not impossible but it’s certainly not easy or always pleasant.
