The boys and I met my Mom at the park and went for a winter walk.  I was so tired and I thought this may just be the only thing to give me the energy I needed to make it through the day.

Long story short, it really helped.

I was having such a hard time shaking the sleepy side effects from my new antidepressant but the brisk walk in the winter air, was just what I needed.

I’m actually feeling pretty good right now and while I’m still tired, I no longer feel like I’m gonna a pass out.

I can’t wait for these side effects to fade away..

When do you take it? I have the same side effect with my antidepressant so the pharmacist recommended I take it at night. I know that might be difficult for you if one of the boys is awake at night. It helps me though.

I usually take my meds at night. The problem is that while I’m adjusting to it, the drowsiness last for quite some time. They’re 24 extended release….
