I’m 37 years old and I put myself in timeout today

Elliott is absolutely one of the sweetest, most intelligent kids you’ll ever meet.  Yes, of course I’m biased but facts are facts. 😉

He’s still an emotional mess a great deal of the time and I’m trying everything under the sun to help him.

Unfortunately, not much of what I can do is actually helping him, at least in his eyes.

He’s particularly focused on looking for Pokeballs that he’s lost over the years.  He wants to dig through every closet and even move the stove.

I’ve given him some leeway but I have to draw the line somewhere.

I’ve had to put myself in time out a couple of times because I was getting frustrated..

It’s going to be a long day but I’m not giving up on tackling the house or at least part of it.  😀
