When you're a single parent, everything is more complicated

The good news is I managed to get about 4 hours of sleep last night. The bad news is I only managed to get about 4 hours of sleep last night.

I have such a hard time sleeping when I'm congested and I'm very limited on what I can take because its just me and the kids. I have to be able to wake up if need be.

I'm feeling pretty under the weather right now and I was really hoping to walk this morning..

Once I'm up and moving, perhaps I'll feel better....
