I wanted to quickly share something that I’ve managed to accomplish. I’m super proud of myself and I feel it’s only going to get better.
All of you probably know by that I’m trying to lose weight.
My goal is to walk 10 miles a week right now. I’m not talking total steps, I’m talking actual fitness walking milage … I was going through my history for the week on Endomondo and I realized that I’m already almost at that goal already for the week.
I also hit 10,000 steps today for the second day in a row and I’m so proud of myself… 😀
