Operation Hope: This is what happens every time Gavin eats

I wanted to share this with you because it's sort of a unique symptom of his Autonomic Dysfunction. He's been like this his entire life, we just didn't know what it meant.

Basically, as soon as Gavin eats anything, all the blood rushes to his lower extremities and his body can't maintain its temperature.

It could be 100°F and he would still be cold.

My understanding is that this is a relatively common symptoms of Autonomic Dysfunction.

This is far from the worst of his symptoms but it's probably one of the most physically uncomfortable for him.....

There isn't anything that can be done about this aside from help him stay warm.. This is especially rough for him during the winter months..... :-(
