As a special needs parent, sometimes I don't think I can go on

There are times that I feel so overwhelmed, so buried by all of life's challenges, that I seriously question whether or not I can go on. It's not likely I ever quit but it does feel like life would be more survivable if I did.

Anyone ever feel the same?
