Although I think it was a positive step in the right direction to make an open, public apology regarding his offensive and insensitive autism lyric, I do have to wonder just how sincere it was. Someone in his position has a career that is completely dependent on public approval. People have to like him, dig his music, etc. in order for him to have any sustainability. If he pisses off enough people, his career is dead.
