I’m so incredibly proud of my son Elliott. He’s 7 years old and just ran his 1st official race, with my sister Jenn. They ran for 2 miles and finished in around 35 minutes (I think. I was watching him, not the clock).
Elliott has both asthma and Autism and can still do anything he sets his mind to.
I can’t explain how proud of him I am. This is the 1st of many races he wants to do. My personal goal is to get myself back in shape and run with him. That would be so amazing.
Great job Elliott and Jenn, I’m so proud of you both.

Do the C25K – Couch to 5K Program – it’s a great way to work into the idea of running as much as it is for the physical movement toward the 5K.
