I took Emmett to the park for some Fit4Autism exercise, after we left Dr. Patti’s office this morning.
We walked the track and got some wiggles out.

Emmett had to stop and try out all the exercise equipment, so our 1.77 mile walk, took us about an hour.  He did really awesome.

We had an impromptu stop at the playground along the way. He played really well with the other kids.

He also made me carry him on my shoulders while jogging for about the last 1/4 mile.  🙁  It was a ton of fun and we even got a chance to talk about some things.
