I wanted to let everyone know that Gavin’s IVIG Infusion went really well yesterday.  Lizze’s Mom reports that Gavin did really well behaviorally.  He also physically tolerated the infusion pretty well. 

Thankfully, he did not experience an autonomic crisis as a result of the travel to the hospital or the physical stress the infusion itself has on his body. 

These are all positive things. 

Hopefully, he does well today at school.  We used to keep him home the day after an infusion, to give him a chance to recover.

However, he’s been doing pretty well and so he’s been going to school the next day without any problems.
