I was feeling pretty good yesterday, especially after a good night’s sleep. I thought I was feeling better and on my way to being healthy again.
Apparently, I maybe pushed myself to hard yesterday because I feel like crap once again.
I had a horrible nights sleep and feel like I’m relapsing.
Is relapsing the right word?
Either way, I’m taking it easy today and not going to push myself so hard. Lizze has sent me back to bed and I’m not going to fight her on that. With any luck, I’ll be able to kick this thing in the butt and be back on my feet ASAP.
