All day today I have listened to screaming. I feel like I’m going insane and can’t imagine how Lizze is coping with her migraine.

Tonight is going to be low key and very relaxing. I haven’t figured out how exactly that is going to happen, but that’s onmy to do list today.

He should be accustomed to hearing you tell Gavin to 'scream into the pillow', why not make him do the same? I understand that they are sometimes for different reasons, but screams are screams. Is he going to be doing that forever? At school? Does he do it while helping you at the store, or just at home? Not criticising; just trying to get a bigger picture.

With distance. She can scream all she wants, but she'll be doing it alone in her room. Michaela doesn't speak much, but we've insisted that she learn techniques for getting her needs met without resorting to shrieking.
