I put Emmett to bed last night and I had had to wake through the pile of canines to get there. Emmett has a very unique and special bond with both Maggie and Bella.
I really like how much they both look after him.
I never had a dog when I was his age. I was much older when we got our first dog.
To me, there's always been something about a dog curling up at the end of your bed. It always made feel safer and I want that for my boys as well.
There is so much that a loyal dog can teach a kid.
I'm very grateful that we found the perfect matches for our family. Especially, for Emmett. :-)
