Gavin will be going to his very first *friends *birthday party this Friday. This is really the first year that his behavior has been good enough to allow for something like this.
In the past he was far to volatile and was very prone to violence. It was safer for him and everyone else to just avoid these situations.
However, Gavin has made some major behavioral progress this year and we have decided he's ready for this new step. Needless to say we are very proud of him and excited that he will be able to do this.
He will be going bowling with his *friends *from school.
I'm sure who's more excited about this, me or Gavin.
