Well I finished my steroid cycle for my back and sadly it didn't work. My doctor will only let me do this once a year because the steroid that reduces the inflammation also destroys the rest of my cartilage in the process. So I am left with my muscle relaxers. Hopefully they can relax the muscle enough to relieve some of the pain caused by compensating for my left side.
